Maffra Practice New Location 2026

The Maffra Medical Centre has moved 3 doors down, to 132 – 134 Johnson St, Maffra. Karen will continue to provide physio services on Thursdays and Fridays in Maffra from this location, but may have occasional availability on other days.

She will continue to provide Pelvic Health Physiotherapy in Traralgon on Tuesdays.

Fee Increase April 2026

In line with inflation, Vitality Road Physio fees will increase from 1st April, as follows:

30-minute Physiotherapy appointments $110

30-minute Pelvic Physiotherapy appointments $115

45-minute appointments $156

60-minute appointments $198

90-minute appointments $250

Karen Humphris

Karen (She/her) is a physiotherapist who is passionate about empowering people to listen to their bodies, optimise function, and make life better. Karen has a special interest in Pelvic Health and believes in person-centred care in a safe, empathetic, confidential space. She also works with musculoskeletal conditions in general.

Karen has recently attained a Graduate Certificate in Physiotherapy (Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy) at the University of Melbourne, and loves to attend courses and other professional development opportunities to improve her knowledge and skills. After completing her physiotherapy degree in Adelaide, Karen worked in Broken Hill, Sydney, England, Wales, Scotland, Maffra and Sale, with a break in the middle to raise her three children. She has broad experience in the fields of hospital physio, neurology, aged care, paediatrics, community, aquatic physio, musculoskeletal and pelvic health.

Karen looks forward to supporting people along the road to movement freedom, in their own unique adventure of life.

  • Graduate Certificate in Physiotherapy (Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy) – University of Melbourne 2024
